San Pedro & Guadalmina
San Pedro de Alcántara and adjacent residential area Guadalmina, are in an ideal all year round living location. This area is 10km west of Marbella, 2km from Puerto Banús, and 25km to Estepona. This authentic Spanish town has a unique and unmatched appeal on the Costa del Sol.
Like Estepona, San Pedro de Alcántara reflects the regional culture of Southern Spain. However an exclusive residential area, located within the prestigious Guadalmina golf course, is home to some of the wealthiest residents on the Coast. Apart from the privileged Spaniards living in Guadalmina, many northern Europeans have opted to purchase their second home here. Many villas and apartments are built around the golf course and offer spectacular views of the golf, sea and La Concha Mountain.
San Pedro de Alcántara is approximately 50 minutes’ drive from Málaga Airport with easy connections to the AP7 (Toll Road).
